Leighton Holyfield

Leighton graduated from the Universiy of Birmingham in 2013 with a MEng in Chemical Engineering with International Study. This included a year studying at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming. His final year research project involved the long term testing and performance analysis of an alkaline electrolyser for hydrogen production. His interests include watching and playing sport, rock music, and travelling.

  • Hydrogen storage using hybrid solid-state/high-pressure gas systems with Professor Tim Mays and Dr Andrew Burrows — 1st MRes project
