William Mahy

Will graduated with an MChem in Chemistry from the University of Bath in 2011, where he studied the asymmetric synthesis of chiral sugars for the use in directed evolution of a thermostable aldolase as his final year project. Previously he also worked as a medicinal research chemist on a professional placement, undertaking research for Takeda Cambridge Pharmaceutical Ltd in 2009. Outside of academia, he enjoys reading, playing squash and socializing with friends.
