After completing his Biomedical Engineering Degree in the “Institut Supérieur d’électronique de Paris” (ISEP, Paris), Alex worked as an apprentice engineer in the Thales Defence and Aerospace Department for three years. Having developed an interest in sustainability, he decided to join Bath to continue his postgraduate studies as a PhD working in renewable energy harvesting and sensing applications.
