PhD Project Title: Challenging antimicrobial resistance with new bismuth, gallium, and indium-based complexes, materials, & coating
Supervisor: Matthew Davidson (Chemistry)
I completed my master’s degree in science education (Chemistry Education) at Kyungpook National University, South Korea, in 2021. During my master’s program, I conducted research in organic chemistry, specifically focusing on the development of thermally conductive materials, with an emphasis on liquid crystals. Currently, my PhD research is centered on addressing antimicrobial resistance through the design and development of novel bismuth-, gallium-, and indium-based complexes, materials, and coatings.
