PhD Project Title: Peptide polymer fibres: Novel structures, syntheses and applications

Olivia graduated from The University of Manchester with an MEng in Materials Science and Engineering, focusing on textiles, polymers, biomaterials and sustainability. For her master’s thesis, she investigated applying cellulose nanocrystals to textiles for sustainable colouration and patterning of textiles.
During her spare time, Olivia is a seamstress and enjoys water sports and hiking.
