About

I did my BSc and MSc in Chemistry at Mangalore University, India, where I specialised in organic chemistry. During my masters I did a research internship at CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory in Pune, where I really liked the lab work. After graduating I worked as a Scientist Trainee at Anthem Biosciences in Bengaluru, which gave me a experience of research in an industry setting. I also co-authored a book chapter with CRC Press in 2026.

I joined CSCT at Bath in 2026, drawn by the interdisciplinary approach and the focus on making chemistry more sustainable.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, exploring new places and travelling around. Still very much discovering Bath and the UK!
