Stuart completed his MEng (Hons) in Biochemical Engineering at the University of Bath in 2018. This included a year placement at Unilever (Port Sunlight), supporting and leading projects to try and make Persil better. During his time at Bath, he completed a research project using a polymer foam structure to support a zeolite for low pressure-drop gas adsorption. He also completed a final year design project producing a novel probiotic ice cream product, with emphasis on the milk homogenisation technique. Outside of work Stuart enjoys fencing, climbing and making bread.
