Hoare Lea – Boosting access to energy efficiency for SMEs: stakeholder workshop

Exploring the challenges that SMEs and landlords have in accessing energy efficiency measures and funding

Hoare Lea is leading a research consortium as part of a Government-funded project looking at ways of increasing investment in energy efficiency by SMEs. They are exploring the challenges SMEs and landlords have in accessing energy efficiency measures and financing solutions to address this.

All stakeholders are invited to attend this workshop to help gather feedback on the concepts Hoare Lea are developing, and feed into the broader conversation about business energy efficiency with the UK Government Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

The workshop will take place on Friday 15 November 2019 from 10.00am to 1.00pm. Lunch will be included.

The workshop will be held at the Engine Shed, Station Approach, Temple Meads, Bristol, BS1 6QH.

The workshop is designed to bring together representative SMEs, property owners, funders and investors and the energy efficiency supply chain. It will be a great chance to think about this issue in the round and to understand the different drivers and pressures that influence energy efficiency action in the commercial property sector.
